Oh the talented...they are just so...talented! Through Model Mayhem I came across Daniel Weisser. His photographs are raw beauty complimented by the textures of landscapes and industry. Amazing stuff. I love these diptics.
You better catch this genius while her fairy dust is being sprinkled into cyber space because this opportunity doesn't happen everyday. Well hopefully it will happen everyday from now on but what I'm saying is if you don't know about her, you damn well should. Hilariosity Genius. And now she has a blog. I present to you Emma Jehle.
Bart + Ursula Two people couldn't be more perfect for each other. Bart is in the Marines and currently in Afghanistan for yet another tour. Please send your thoughts and prayers to all of our loved ones overseas.

I am so lucky that Samantha persistently asked me to shoot this gorgeous wedding. She broke me of my knee jerk reaction to decline. I never wanted to shoot weddings. I used to say it's like making the movie of a book your audience has memorized, it will never be what they expected. However, sometimes it can be what you never expected and love anew. I had a fantastic time and they are so easy to photograph. Just look at those smiles! So happy!
This is where I am right now...in my head at least. Check out the other magnificent sets from the Green Wedding Shoes blog...again...I feel like my blog should be called off-green wedding shoes...promise there is actual V photography in the near future.
I don't think I could love this color any more...I might explode.
I need a room in my future house like the room in the Hotel Chevalier. There aren't any good pictures of it so you'll just have to watch The Darjeeling Limited. It is one of my favorites. These spectacular golden enticements are from a Patricia Gray post. Love her.
I find that inspiration for blogging pokes me in the side every five minutes because that is about how often I think of posting a link or a pic to a friend across the country. I can't keep up with all the things I want to share with them.
Long distance relationships are SO not ideal :)
Anyway, something new....
These caught my eye because there is one in SEATTLE, Skillet a little food to fill your tummy. This looks like a Laurie Pearman photo to me.
PORTLAND, Tin Cantina a portable bar...I LOVE THIS PHOTO....put a little color shift to anything and I guess I love it...this reminds me of the redwoods...miss them.
and SANTA BARBARA, Enjoy Cupcakes. What could be better than cupcakes out of a Shasta trailer?
(Now if I could locate one in Louisiana, Ohio and Idaho all my friends would be covered.)
It was Green Wedding Shoes again that enlightened me. Check out the link for fantastic photos of the delicious products. Love, love, love the vintage looks and the weddings, go figure. Well friends, hope you get out and enjoy something new today and I miss you all terribly.

Heather and I went gallivanting about the great Land of Lincoln this weekend. It was fantastic! We BBQ'd and 4 wheeled, congratulated a graduate and visited the French Consulate. And all the while I had my camera and I didn't use it once, the only photo I took, while my camera was conveniently MIA, was with my phone...it was the most peaceful, wonderfully inspiring sunset over a country field located in Heather's Aunt Kandy's backyard. How lucky is she!
I also feel motivated to upload more Heather photos for fun...
And a Luna photo because I miss her like crazy and she's coming to visit which makes the craziness crazier.
Have a splendid Tuesday! Kiss kiss hug hug big kiss little kiss BIG hug
I offered Adam a piece of cheese and I ate a hardboiled egg. While salting my egg over the sink, I turn to Adam and ask him how his piece of cheese is. He answers delicious and asks me how my egg is. I said, "Tastes like chicken."
